Our Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SenderNest purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following:
Returns
- Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
- Wrong item received: Contact us within 7 days. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund.
- Change of mind: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to Request a Return
Email support@sendernest.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used packaging supplies cannot be returned for hygiene and resale reasons.
