Where is my order?
Check your email for a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Orders placed before 2 PM ship the same day. Delivery is typically 2–5 business days via USPS/UPS.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@sendernest.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can modify or cancel it at no charge.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Volume discounts are shown automatically on every product page (50+ units = 5% off, 200+ units = 12% off). For 500+ unit orders, contact us for a custom quote.
What is your return policy?
30 days, no questions. Email support@sendernest.com with your order number. We cover return shipping on damaged or wrong items.
